Salmon Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 – 1 pound of salmon filet (King, Silver, Sockeye, Chum or Pink), bones and skin removed
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (not horseradish sauce)
2-3 drops liquid smoke

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with a fork until well combined. Serve with capers and bread or crackers.
