Rockfish Tacos

Ingredients

Rockfish Tacos

1lb rock fish (ling cod, sablefish or halibut) cut in strips
Corn tortillas
2 cups Panko crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1 cup flour
1tsp cumin
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4cup shredded romaine

Chipotle Aioli

1 cup mayo
1tsp canned adobo chipotle
1/8 cup lemon juice
 

Directions

Season your rockfish with salt and pepper. Mix the flour and the cumin. Coat all sides of fish in the seasoned flour & coat with beaten eggs. Once coated, cover rockfish in Panko breadcurmbs and deep fry the rockfish in 400° vegetable oil. Place shredded lettuce in corn tortilla as well as fried rockfish strips and drizzle with chipotle aioli.

Chiptole Aioli

Place all ingredients in food processor and drizzle over rockfish taco
