Directions

Bake the Salmon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Lightly oil a baking dish and place salmon fillets skin-side down.

Brush salmon with olive oil and generously coat the tops with Everything Spice. Finish with cracked black pepper.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until just opaque and easily flaking, maintaining a moist center.

Prepare the Sauce

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add shallots and sauté until soft and translucent, about 2 minutes.

Deglaze with white wine and gently simmer until reduced by half.

Add cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer until slightly thickened, 5–7 minutes.

Finish with lemon juice, chives, and salt to taste. Keep warm.

To Serve

Spoon warm white wine cream sauce onto each plate and gently place the salmon on top. Garnish with additional fresh chives. Pair beautifully with seasonal vegetables, fingerling potatoes, or colorful cauliflower for a vibrant presentation.
