2018 Menu Is Set!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoy true Alaska gourmet cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Each February, the Talon Lodge &amp; Spa culinary team of 5 chefs, gather to share ideas, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talonlodge.com\/alaska-fishing-lodge-recipe\/\">recipes<\/a> and creations in the attempt to push the culinary arts envelope and finalize the 2018 Talon Lodge menu.<\/p>\n<p>Our 5 chefs gathered in Arizona and put all of their skills to work.\u00a0 The outcome was extraordinary!\u00a0 This is truly Alaska gourmet cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>For those guests who will be joining us in 2018, the culinary experience will exceed all expectations.\u00a0 When you have fresh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talonlodge.com\/alaska-cuisine\/\">Salmon<\/a>, Halibut, Sablefish, Alaska Prawns, Dungeness Crab as your foundation, and then wrap each dish with Talon&#8217;s farm-to-table approach, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magnusadventures.com\">exceeding expectations<\/a> becomes the norm at Talon Lodge &amp; Spa.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to &#8211; \u00a0<strong>Culinary Team for May, June &amp; July<\/strong>: Executive Chef David Sherman, Sous Chef Nicolas Herman and the <strong>Culinary Team for August &amp; September<\/strong>: Executive Chef Robert Reardon, Sous Chef Tom Baumbach and our <strong>Full Season<\/strong> Pastry Chef Laurie Rhoden.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s
