The 2018 Menu Is Set!

Enjoy true Alaska gourmet cuisine.

Each February, the Talon Lodge & Spa culinary team of 5 chefs, gather to share ideas, recipes and creations in the attempt to push the culinary arts envelope and finalize the 2018 Talon Lodge menu.

Our 5 chefs gathered in Arizona and put all of their skills to work.  The outcome was extraordinary!  This is truly Alaska gourmet cuisine.

For those guests who will be joining us in 2018, the culinary experience will exceed all expectations.  When you have fresh Salmon, Halibut, Sablefish, Alaska Prawns, Dungeness Crab as your foundation, and then wrap each dish with Talon’s farm-to-table approach, exceeding expectations becomes the norm at Talon Lodge & Spa.
