When we say that the salmon fishing at Talon Lodge is the best in Alaska, we mean that the Alaska Department of Fish and Game has determined that the salmon fishing in Sitka is the best and requires fewer rod-hours to catch a King Salmon or Silver Salmon versus any other sport fishing location in Alaska.  This is a very important truth that every visitor needs to know.
